Foot length is the measurement of your foot, not the inside of the shoe.

To measure: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark.

Measure both feet and use the longer one. Measure at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest.

If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

You have 90 days from delivery to return an item. Email us first and we will send you the return address. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect we cover the return postage.
