These terms apply to your use of barbaraleclair.com and to every order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Using the site
You may use this site to browse and buy for your own personal use. You may not use it for anything unlawful, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Products and pricing
We try to describe and photograph every item accurately. Colours can look slightly different between screens. Sizing notes on each product page are guidance, and we are happy to help if you are unsure before you order.
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include any tax we are required to collect. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.
If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the item is out of stock, the payment is flagged as fraudulent, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Payment
Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Accepted methods and the full payment terms are set out in our payment policy.
Shipping
Delivery times, costs and what happens to lost parcels are set out in our shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
Your return window, the condition items must be in, who pays return postage and refund timing are set out in our return policy.
Privacy

Your rights under Australian law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.
Our liability
Other than the guarantees above and anything else we cannot exclude by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Accounts
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have to bring a claim under the Australian Consumer Law or in your local courts where the law gives you that right.
