Australian men's shoe sizes follow the UK system, so the size you select is both the AU and the UK size. The US size is one size higher.

Foot length is the measurement of your foot, not the inside of the shoe.

To measure: stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark.

Measure both feet and use the longer one. Measure at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest.

If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.

US and EU sizes are a guide, not an exact conversion.
